Parry Sound

We arrived at Parry Sound and went to Parry SOund marina first. Our motor cap kept popping up a little in the back so Alan wanted someone to look at it. A very nice young man  Mke Bretz checked it out and resolved the problem. We then went over to Big Sound marina for a slip that night. Settled in the slip went for a walk and had a nice dinner at one of the local restaurants. e decided that we had to have the chip for our Garman for Georgian Bay to make up both more comfortable for this cruising up here. If West Marine has the chip then we wold stay another day and drive back to Midland and get it.

We got back to the boat just before dusk and I thought I was in the everglades again. The mosquitos are vicious and hungry. We closed everything up(all screens) and put on our fan. Finally after the boats kept racing and their waves bouncing us around and we were closed up like a cocoon we were safe. We were on the C dock and there is an open area between the break water and the wall so the waves from the boats would come in through there. We are going to ask to move tomorrow to the B dock.
