Thunderbolt, Ga

We decided to leave St. Simon this morning and move on up the coast ahead of storm. We ran into one rainstorm, but it didn't last too long. The sounds were a little rough crossing, but Capt. Al did a good job. We arrived at Thunderbolt. GA about six hours later and we were tired.
We are docked at  at  Riverbend Marina. It is a small marina, but quite and less traffic. Ate at Desposito's seafood, which at first was a little scary outside, but the food was good. I was hoping that it was alright since it was mentioned in waterway guide. It definitely has its character. Will be leaving this morning for Beaufort, S.C. and ride out a storm that is coming this way.
