Ludington

After two more nights in Frankfort due to the weather we left  at 6:15am this morning heading for Ludington. Alan did some trolling on the way, but finally gave up and we picked up speed. The waves were not to bad, but they were choppy and about 1-2 foot. We made it into Ludington about 10am, fueled up and got our slip at the Ludington Municipal Marina. We took a walk over to the Badger and got our tickets for tomorrow to Wisconsin. We will be there until Monday visiting my sister, so don't panic if nothing is posted for several days. This is a very nice marina and the staff is superb!

Hi Linda,
Eric here from C-Scooter. Glad to see everything is going well for you two. We tried to raise you on the radio Aug 7th and 8th. On the 9th we were supposed to meet Linda and Larry (whom we met in Thesalon) in Hessel for the wooden boat show but as we arrived the weather got severe and we kept on trucking with C-Scooter in tow.Made it to Caseville on Saginaw Bay where my dad lives around 5:30 that evening. We got to see my sister and b-inlaw also, they had flown up from Houston on the 8th.
Continued good luck with your voyage.
Ciao Eric and Leslie
